Play Make Create Wk 7

 In Week Seven of Term 2, we did Play Make Create. This is where the teacher reads you a story and you discuss the message in the story. Then you create something based on the message and also do a piece of writing. You can use materials or make a digital creation.  This week Mrs Craig Read the book: The Day the Crayons Quit.  It was about the different coloured crayons who were moaning because they were tired of only being used to colour some things.

 I chose to make a Lego creation with some of the crayon colours and a video.

Te Reo-Asking and answering He aha tenei? questions.

 We have been learningTe Reo. The question was :

 E aha tenei? This means: What is this?

Then we had to be able to answer that question several times using different Te Reo words for things in the classroom.

It is a story about a stick insect called Heidi who has trouble getting noticed because she looks just like a twig.
